Terms & Conditions – Aster Home Care Ltd

  1. Introduction
    These Terms & Conditions apply to the provision of domiciliary care services by Aster Home Care Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

  2. Services
    We provide tailored home care including personal care, companionship, and complex needs support. All services are delivered as outlined in the client’s agreed care plan.

  3. Appointments & Cancellations

    • Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice.

    • Short-notice cancellations may incur a charge equal to the scheduled visit cost.

  4. Fees & Payment

    • Fees are agreed in advance.

    • Invoices are issued monthly and are payable within 14 days. Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.

  5. Client Responsibilities
    Clients must ensure a safe environment for our carers and inform us of any changes in health or risk.

  6. Confidentiality
    All client information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

  7. Liability
    We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control. We do not accept liability for loss or damage unless due to proven negligence.

  8. Termination
    Services may be terminated by either party with two weeks’ notice or immediately in cases of serious breach.

  9. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
